Any ideas on how to change the time pirates give you to drop your cargo?

    I am trying to find a way of making pirates give you less time to drop your cargo after they have scanned you. I decompiled the content.dll but my knowledge of assembler is poor so no luck there. I have also noticed that even if they vocally ask you to drop cargo and then they decide to attack the trade lane they don't follow up the request with the drop cargo, cancel dialog. So is there a way to get pirates to prefer scanning over attacking a trade lane (that they rarely hit anyway as they attack the mid point of the lane)?


    I just want to see NPC pirates do a better job of demanding cargo off players.
