Download Database malfunction

The TLR download database is currently not working.
I am not sure where the error is (actually everything looks fine). I will give a notice when everything is working fine again.

ok, im making progress
this evening either the old download database or a new better one will be fully functional again (both got reinstalled and just require update)

ok the downloads are working again
the upgrade to the new download area will come later... ive to take care of other stuff now
