How to get friendly/neutral with kusari?

    I have to go to the kusari faction for getting stuff but this kusari police and kusari naval forces are hostile against me!
    I don't know if I did anything, right now I am at level 27, and friendly with other factions, but just this kusari keeps on attacking. I need to know that how do I get friendly or at least neutral to them.
    Also, I am doing all this for certain reasons:
    -to get an eagle
    -get the nomad weapons
    -get to crete
    I think I need to go to sigma 17 system, but cannot find the jump hole in sigma 13 system, a little help there too?

    Well, if Kusari doesn't like you then go over Rhineland


    Stuttgart -> Omega-7 -> Omega-11 -> Omega-41 -> Omicron Gamma/Theta


    I recommend to you the Sabre though. It has more armor than the eagle and its turret can fire forward.
