    It looks freelancery no doubt about that. Couple of things i've noticed with it,


    1. No landing on planets
    2. It's pay to play

    Well, I'm really looking forward for this game and I'm sure lots of other people do as well. It's more than possible that Freelancer is going to have its successor - finally. To be honest I'm happy this is going to happen but on the other side I'm worried about destiny of FL after JGE release. Since the game will be very similar to FL but with enhanced graphics, low hardware requirements and massive multiplayer, our old lovely game will probably lost more and more players than now. Sad but true. Otherwise I'm always saying: the life is about evolution and nothing is going to be here forever.. We'll see.

    There will one day be a game that is a suitable replacement for the spirit of freelancer. If its jumpgate evolution or further down the road with another elite release. The fact that people are still playing freelancer is a good sign that they where not happy with the alternatives around at the moment which in my view didnt come close enough.
    If jumpgate manages to hit the nail on the head then i will find myself there to even if it is a pay to play game. Only time will tell.

    freelancer is often imitated but not replicated lol,played quite a quite a few space games.always seem to come back to fl...cant imagine why.i doubt fl will be replaced in the very near future.but 1 day it might
