• I don´t see any real good coming from this, but will leave it open. No politics or flaming or the hardware ( <img src=´http://www.lancersreactor.org/t/forum/images/lock.gif ´> )comes out. Edited by - Finalday on 7/7/2005 9:06:59 AM

  • I know, it´s awful down there. I was in London earlier and thankfully left King´s Cross about half an hour before it all started; the city is literally paralysed. Our office sent everyone home for the day, but most of us stayed around to help out where we could. @FD, you don´t? It´s a fairly big deal over here...

  • No, I do have sympathy to the families of those killed and to those wounded, but, American version of this topic has brought flaming before. Second edit - Email coming to Zack and accushot Edited by - Finalday on 7/7/2005 5:48:22 AM

What I find scary was that if my treatment hadn´t been delayed for a few days, it´s possible that I could have been extremely close to several of the explosions, which were located on the path I take to get to the hospital. -------------------------------- trm.zack@gmail.com <img src=´http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2004-12/908957/trm.gif ´> Leader of the Republic-Second Contact Team. "Criminal Organisations don´t just spring up overnight. • I had to come out of hiding for this. The first thing I thought of was after the Tsunami when we had an entire thread trying to figure out if anyone who posted came from that area. This time, I thought we would need the same kind of thing. It´s been a while since I´ve posted, but I´m not gone. I just haven´t made it to the site in a while (primarily couldn´t get onto it during the day here). I hope everyone over there is alright and my heart goes out to the families of the victims. With all due respect, FD (and thats still a lot of respect), I think you distracted from the topic with your post.

  • Well, that was a fun morning I had at school today. Vauge information trickling in, and all the while I was panicing about my Dad who´s up in london at the moment. Fortunatley, I managed to get a phonecall through. Still, this is pretty damn scary.

  • My thoughts and prayers go out to those people as well. After watching the news coverage this brings back strong memories of 9/11 here in the US. Again, I´m feeling silent anger at those responsible. Unthinkable. I just don´t understand how some people can perpetrate these acts.

  • Hopefully everyone who was injured in the explosions aer on the quick road to recovery. I heard about the explosions when I was at work and was shocked, but not surprised, terrorists will atack anyone they want for any reason ( or no reason) and the sad thing is that they think they are doing the right thing, even when their own religious leaders condem them, even when their families and friends condem them. they thingk that they are doing gods work, but in realaity they are only doing what even their religion conciders evil, but they still do it. What happened in london today was deplorable and served no pourpose, not even to those who did the act. I know many people who visit this site live or work in london, I hope that they and their families are safe and their friends are also safe. Blessed Be to all those that still dream of the flight to the stars.

  • I have alot of family there and was scared for their safety, all of em called so i am happy, though if youhave lost family members, I am sorry for your loss...... um...Yeah....

Yep its an old guy with a "game over" sign, what can I say? [img=http://www.pointlesswasteoftime.com/games/gameover.jpg ]

  • The sad fact is that we should have expected this sort of thing to happen. As security chiefs pointed out, an attack was "inevitable", though that does not make it any better for those injured or harmed by the attacks. At least we can attribute this stance to the amazing efficiency with which the emergency services worked. At least partially. @Zack I was under the impression that it was only 4 explosions; 3 being on the tubes, 1 on that bus., though maybe those were only the serious ones.

  • This is a horrible, tragic waste. This attack reminds us all that we are living in a world full of hatred, anger, and blind faith. Which can only be conquered by compassion, understanding, and an open mind.

  • I know this is a grave dig,but.. London again has been hit by 4 more explosions on 3 Underground stations and a Bus. Some people are just truly evil and like a phoenix i´ll return from the ashes....with the help of the re-spawn key

  • Yes. More troubles in my home city. We all wait with baited breath, the explosions aren´t serious though, apparently only detonators were used instead of real explosives - but we´ll know more soon. *sigh*

  • My prayer to all in London, None Deseved this ´Today the guns are silent. A great tragedy has ended... we have known the bitterness of defeat and the exultation of triumph, and from both we have learned there can be no turning back. We must go forward to preserve in peace what we have won in war.´ "
