The so called cloak in Rebalance mod was a device mounted on the defiant. In all actuality, it was nothing more than a rapid fire counter measure. It didn´t require ammo and I think it used energy....been a long time since I used that version... "A scratch? Your wing is off!" "No it isn´t" "Then what´s that then?" "I´ve had worse"
