What VIDEO CARDS are you running??? (For Freelancer i mean...)

    I have a GF2 GTS, and this card should just be awesome for FL. But since I have some good connections to some graphics card producers, I´ll propably have either the next generation NVIDIA or even the next spring-edition graphics card by the time FL ships.     Currently ATI Rage 128 32meg agp. By the time Freelancer´s out I´ll probably have the ATI Radeon 64 AGP. That´s assuming the price comes down a bit. SBLive Xgamer, but pretty basic 2 speaker setup w/ subwoofer though. Sounds like Bargib´s raiding his kid´s college savings again! <img src=smilies/icon_smile_big.gif width=15 height=15 border=0 align=middle> DOH! Stupid Tornado!

    LOL!!! Yea clever EB...very clever...I suggest the GeFORCE2 64mb AGP4X, that baby ROCKS! I´ve installed that card twice in a friend´s computer....and couldn´t resist playing my favorite 3D games on it...ohhhh mannnn! How does 137fps @ 1,024x786 on Quake3 timedemo sounds...not that I like the game but it´s a good 3D testing tool, but with this card it´s nothing! The card is aprox. $340...of most brand.     But again it´s painful..I know, 4 years ago I got a $400 top-of-the-line Creative Labs 3D blaster 4mb SGRAM, PCI, the very fastest of it´s time, now it can´t do a thing in 3D, but I just couldn´t toss that $400 out-dated card in the trash, so I plopped it in my good ´ol P200MMX overclocked to a wonderful 225MHz w/128mb ram. But at least it´s an NT4 system, so no point of Direct3D acceleration here, but it does good OpenGL acelleration

    For the heck of it I tried swapping my old Diamond Stealth III 540. Well, even though I deleted all the necessary files so my ATI would no longer be recognized, got the blue screen of death 4 times w/ 4 driver reloads. Now I remember why I ripped it out in the first place. I´ve never had much success w/ Diamond/Supra stuff. Anyway, back to smooth sailing with the Rage 128, and trash can for the Diamond.
