Your favourite sitcom

 • The only sitcom I really watch anymore are reruns of Seinfeld. The rest can be funny but end up being predictable. In fact, I only watch an hour or two of TV a week, most of which are reruns. Well, I do watch Enterprise too, and occasionally I´ll see a TV movie, but thats it. By the way, did you ever translate that stupid magazine yet? <img src=´http://tachyon15.homestead.com/files/tlrsig.jpg ´> Edited by - Tachyon on 26-06-2002 18:31:09

 • 1. Seinfeld (this show rocks!)much better than Friends, and Friends is a good one. 2. Friends 3. Frasier 4. Coupling 5. Dharma and Greg (I want reruns!) 6. Benson (went off the air a long time ago) The rest are crap.

 • I was talking about TV in general... And, Urkle was kickass! He owned all. Man, not only was he smart, but he could hop into that machine of his and become uber secksai for da ladeez. I wish I had a machine like that!

 • BAH!! TV sucks. The only point of TV shows is for you to watch the commercials. Those evil advertisers are out to own your brain... keep it close by.... *Pieman runs from horde of brainless zombies and evil network ppl.*

 • I used to like Family Matters until Urkle built the freaking machine and became Steffan, who personally, I found annoying. The rest of the show was good though. My favorite sitcom is friends! Next up, Red Dwarf, that´s right! You heard me correctly! That´s a great show. I´ve got others but its kinda pointless to list them all. <img src=´http://www.paradoxweb.com/free…ajor_striker/Test-Sig.GIF ´> "Somebody asked me what I missed most about Memphis, I said, everything." - Elvis Presley

 • Yeah, Seinfeld is cool...in fact I just bought a picture off eBay that was signed by the 4 main characters! To make this short, I actually like most of the ones you people mentioned...except the odd one I´ve not seen. (yet) The ones that I like but you haven´t mentioned would be ´3rd Rock from the Sun´, ´Mad About You´ and ´Everybody Loves Raymond´. It´s amazing how many sitcoms I´ve grown to like since I started watching the Paramount Comedy Channel. ----That thing which will always live on in our memories...if I could just remember what it was.

 • i can´t believe so many of you watch sit coms... does MASH qualify as a sit com? Does that mean Dad´s Army qualifies? What about Hogan´s heroes? They were all good IMO. Dad´s army was v.funny. Red Dwarf VERY FUNNY. I didn´t know that qualified either. When i think sit com i think friends etc. I think they´re all pretty pathetic. Sometimes very funny but not my cup of tea kumari

 • I suppose the reason I like so many sit-coms is because they´re like something simple to watch that´s usually quite funny...and is good to pass some time. Also, unlike serious shows, I don´t concern myself with story inconsistancies and stuff like that...cause there usually aren´t any because "it´s a show about nothing" (They said that in Seinfeld when they wanted to make their own show.) Although the likes of MASH and Red Dwarf aren´t technically sit-coms, they´re still good comedy shows and that´s all that really matters...isn´t it? ----That thing which will always live on in our memories...if I could just remember what it was.

 • i like your take. Haven´t seen you round here before. Haven´t spent much time myself in recent times. Hey Braxton... Keep smilling kumari Edited by - kumari on 02-07-2002 02:00:03
